I offer individual counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy sessions both face-to-face or online to suit your needs.

Face-to-face sessions are held at my private practice in Suffolk, UK, providing a calm, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Online sessions are available across the UK via secure video calls, offering the same professional support and flexibility if attending in person isn’t possible.

All sessions are conducted in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, whether in person or online. Together, we’ll work at a pace that suits you, focusing on your individual goals and wellbeing.

I offer a free of charge, telephone call of up to 15 minutes to see if you feel comfortable to work together and make arrangements, if this is helpful for you.

Finding the right time for support can be difficult with today’s busy schedules, which is why I have made it easier to access counselling when it is convenient for you. Whether you're navigating a challenging time or simply need someone to talk to, I am here to listen.

To make life easier for my clients, I have opened up new appointment slots on most evenings throughout the week. I hope this gives greater flexibility, especially if you are balancing work, family, or other commitments.
